25 Years of History

During the past 25 years, Bena Construction has been distinguished by its quality of construction and by its openness to fulfill the desires of clients who wish to personalize their homes. Bena Construction’s client satisfaction rate has been at 97% for several years which is made apparent by the acquisition of the Platinum Plaque from the Home Builder Association of Quebec. This year in honour of Bena Construction’s twenty-fifth anniversary, they will be receiving the Diamond Plaque, a very prestigious award!

This business consists of four members of the large Ayoub family: Michael, Ayoub, George, and Adel founded Bena Construction in 1986. Experience and excellent project management helped build a small residential project on 12th Avenue in Aylmer, the Beaulac Project, and a few houses on Eardley Terrace and the Plateau. In 1992, Bena Construction attained a huge success with their first large-scale residential project: Terrasse de l’ambassade in Hull. They built 112 houses on Marcel Chaput. Between 1992 and 1997, a few residences in Ottawa were built by Bena Construction in Kanata Lake and Paddak Way. After the realisation of the Vanier Terrace Project in Aylmer, Bena Construction’s team has been building its new Ferris Farm Project in Aylmer since 2003.

In honour of its twenty-fifth anniversary, the company has gone through a big change in anticipation of the grand opening of Phase 6 in the Ferris Farm Project. More than twelve new models are to be discovered, along with a new logo with new colours. In addition, there will be new promotions and higher quality standards to fulfill the needs of everyone.

The greatest priority of Bena Construction lies in the quality of its construction. The regular visits of the project manager to the site ensure a continuous collaboration between the workers, suppliers, and the company. Everyone needs to respond to the high expectations of good construction. Visitors can observe this quality themselves when they visit our new model homes.
