When we decided to move for the last time and build our retirement home in Aylmer, we wanted a house close to all amenities (grocery store, drugstore, bank, marina).  Bena Construction is not only close to all of these amenities, but also has direct access to the main throughway to Hull and Ottawa.

Once deciding to build with Bena, we were extremely happy with the level of service we received from the sales office. The staff at Bena were more than accommodating in discussing and making changes to the initial plan in order to allow us to personalize our home. Any concerns we had were dealt with quickly. The suppliers and contractors that we were put in touch with were always helpful and informative.  The electrician and bathroom plumbing personnel were especially helpful and answered all of our questions regarding their products and installation.

We have been in our house for over 6 months and are extremely happy with the quality of our home, from the brick outside to the finishing touches on the inside.  The Bena Ferris Farm development offers a great mix of single and semi-detached homes, in a location that can’t be beat! We would certainly recommend any new home buyer to consider Bena Construction if a new home in Aylmer is in their future plans.
