When our team was gathered around the drawing board, it was important to re-invent not only our exterior architectural lines, but also to create interior living spaces that were unique. With the spirit of our managers and their mutual desire for a change, we were able to drawn original divisions of space that were also practical and elegant.

We have been anticipating for many months the unveiling of our new models to the public. Inspired by our different lifestyles, we knew they would intrigue a large variety of visitors. Also, after many years of custom modifications to satisfy the personal needs of our clients, we have a lot of experience with this!

At a glance of our new models, it is clear that they are all unique. We invested a lot in the designs of the kitchens; why not place some of them in the center; the heart of the home. Others can choose to have their kitchen in the back depending on their needs. The same thought process was used when it came to deciding where to place the living rooms. Many admit that it is sometimes more preferable to look at our backyards as opposed to our laneways; however others like to have the living room located in the front of the house so that it is the first thing that people see when they enter. And what about open concept? This demand has been repeated many times by past customers; therefore we designed many models that incorporate this popular concept. For those who prefer a more intimate dining room, we have also created models that fulfill this need.

We also made sure to address the need of practicality in the concepts of our new models. The division lines are more squared so that the placement of furniture is simple and efficient. The entrances are spacious. The washrooms vary in order to satisfy both those who prefer to shower or bathe. The laundry rooms can be located on the second floor in order to facilitate the task. The kitchens include islands or peninsulas in order to maximize working space, and some main floors include more than one closet. Even our promotions offer a variety of practical options. 

Overall, elegant touches must be includes as well. We now offer many different exterior packages to suit everyone’s taste and budget. Long windows and lots of them illuminate every room very well. In addition, our new standards have been increased in value and variety, such as elegant centered staircases, double entrance doors, second levels reserved exclusively for the kids, kitchen islands, ceramic showers, etc…
